Our Statement of Intent

Our objective is to provide our guests with the friendliest personal service in Rotorua.

All guests shall be treated equally to the same level of service.

We shall, at all times, provide a hygienic and safe environment, maximise the comfort of our guests and ensure a memorable experience.

Villas shall be fully serviced daily and bed linen changed after each checkout and at least twice weekly for longer staying guests. Hot pools are drained after each checkout and cleaned.  Fresh flowers are provided on arrival and refreshed twice weekly.

All guests will be offered a free welcome drink on the first evening and we are always available and willing to share our knowledge and experience of all that Rotorua has to offer.
