Papillons Restaurant is designed for intimate a la carte dining for small groups. We are proud of the cuisine we serve, and our objective is to serve your meal freshly cooked in perfect condition. If your group is larger than 7 people we will offer you table d’hôte menu and if your group is larger than 11 people a choice of either a Table d’hôte or a degustation menu. The two menus listed below are examples of menus prepared recently for group dining. However your menu will be prepared, after discussion with you, especially to meet your group’s requirements with respect to price, dietary considerations and personal preferences. The menus listed below have been previously served to customers and may be changed to meet your requirements. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for Table d'hote menu and 48 hours for degustation. |

First Course Chilled Prawn Soup Rosette of Smoked Salmon Salad Abalone Gratin Soft shelled crab tempura Sorbet
Second Course Butternut Squash Veloute with mushroom tortellini and watercress salad. Lamb with wholegrain Mustard Sauce and baby carrots Scallop tatin with a Lemon/Chardonnay/Cream reduction and floret of broccoli.
Third Course Pears poached in red wine with blueberry Cream Cheese board with croutons.
