Keith was born in England but has lived in New Zealand for 45 years. He has been a professional manager for most of his life and has been involved in the Hospitality Industry for over 12 years. Keith lived in Indonesia for 5 years and that is where he met his wife Hesti. Keiths pastimes, when he is not with guests, are fishing and golf. He also dabbles with the computer and enjoys web site development, (This site is his work). He has a wide range of conversational topics and a good sense of humour.

Hesti was born and lived in a small village  in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia and is new to New Zealand. She has a large family, 4 sisters and 4 brothers so she is a very capable all round manager.She has lived and worked in Bali where she managed a luxury lodge, Sabba Beach Bali Villas, in Gianyar. Hesti loves to walk and hiking in the mountains of Indonesia and New Zealand is her great passion. If you decide to dine with us you may be lucky enough to taste some of her other passion - Indonesian cooking.

Keith and Hesti were married in March 2008 at Aorangi Peak Restaurant on top of Mt Ngongotaha.
